I am a guy with gynecomastia (Male Breasts). My breasts are a full B to a small C cup. Should I wear a bra?

I am asking this in the Women’s Health section because I figured that women could be a little more helpful in this matter. I cannot afford breast reduction surgery so don’t even suggest that. I have, however, come to accept my breasts and no longer try to hide them. It’s just that they are beginning to sag now and have a tendency to bounce quite a bit. This is both painful at times, and annoying. If a bra is what I need, what kind? Thanks for any help!

Since your a guy, you may want a sports bra. If you get anything else, it’ll make your breasts look super perky and feminine. Get one for your size that is comfortable around your body, and holds the breasts in place without bouncing too much. This will also minimize outward appearance of the size. Good for you for accepting your body as is! Of course it’s perfectly acceptable to get thm reduced once you can afford it, but until then, keep loving your body!
