if i understand what your saying, i think you mean crows feet. but those are directly beside eyelids not underneath so i’m not sure but a lot of stores have microdermabrasion and regenerist products that are supposed to fix these things. i know some people use preparation h beneath their eyes to remove circles and darkness.
