How do I get rid of this chest fat!?

Okay, so I am SICK of this chest fat that I have!! It’s annoying. It makes me look like a 12 year old girl going through puberty.

Guys, what are some of the best exercises for burning chest fat? And I only want answers from experience.

lots of cardio after your cardio you need to do push ups and def eat lots of fruits n veggies also if you can get some weights and a dip station do some bench press and dips but overall push ups are the best for a pec build up. good luck brotha.

Lose Chest Fat – 3 Effective Tricks

 Many men are susceptible to the accumulation of fat around the chest area.  This can be a great source of discomfort, embarrassment, and self-consciousness in many men who are afflicted with chest fat.  There are some key elements that you must apply if you hop to lose chest fat quickly and effectively.

Breaking down the fat from your chest is a matter of combining a very strict diet plan, doing the proper strength training, and doing plenty of cardiovascular exercises.  The problem with men who have chest fat is that it is often the most troublesome area on their bodies, meaning it is the hardest fat to lose and it will take efforts above and beyond the regular weight loss strategies.

Since extreme effort is required to trim and tone this area, let’s take a close look at the three essentials to getting a flatter, leaner, more toned chest.

1.     Strict diet

2.     Low-resistance high repetition chest workouts

3.     Intense cardiovascular work

 

Strict Diet:

Since we are dealing with one of the toughest areas to trim down, it is essential that a very strict diet be followed.  You must ensure you are eating plenty of protein at each meal, because protein will help increase the metabolism and burn fat.  Complex carbohydrates in moderation are necessary to fuel the intense workouts you will undergo to tone the chest.  It is important to eat some healthy fats to speed the rate of fat breakdown.  And finally, drinking plenty of ice-cold water is an important tool in your quest for fat loss and toning of the chest.

Low-resistance and high repetition chest workouts:

In order to create the appearance of a flattened and carved chest muscle, it is important that you do very high reps, done at a high speed, with very little rest in between sets.  Go to failure on each set, implement back-to-back sets, and create an intense workout for yourself with the goal of stimulating the chest to maximize fat burning.

Intense cardiovascular work:

The most important part of burning large amounts of fat, and especially trouble areas such as the chest on men is to do very intense bouts of cardiovascular work.  Equally important is to choose the right type of exercise, such as jogging and sprinting.  Exercises like cycling are not going to be equally effective because you are not involving the upper body as much as with running.

 

Finally, it is important to be very consistent and persistent when dealing with this troubled area.  The fat will come of much slower than it will on your thighs and abdomen.  You may very well develop six-pack abdominals before your chest comes down to a size you are happy with, but be confident that it will eventually turn into a muscle group you can be very proud of showing off.

Man boobs, mobs, man cans, Male Breasts. Call them what you will, having a chest like a woman is a terrible thing for a man to suffer. The humiliation, taunting and lack of self esteem can cut right into your life leaving you unfulfilled, unsuccessful and un-sexy. So how do you lose those man boobs? As simple as some methods are the answer may vary from man to man. Let’s take a look at some causes and possible cures!

Teenage Man Boobs

While as a teenager having man boobs can be incredibly embarrassing it may also just be a phase. When we are going through puberty our hormones are all over the place and boys can develop highly sensitive nipples and a fatty chest. No matter what exercises you do or what you eat at this stage it is unlikely to do much. Exercise and eating well are still a good idea at this age but the changes in a boys body are often beyond our control.

Over 20 and Overweight?

Well the answer here is usually that you simply need to do more exercise and eat better. Excess fat stores in many places in the body. The hips, thighs, neck, bum and of course the chest. In some people it store in some places more than others due to what natural exercises you do, what you eat and genetic disposition. Some people are more disposed to storing fat on their chest for instance. Often the simplest cure is to lose weight by doing Aerobic Exercise such as running and cycling and work on Chest Exercises with weights, with more attention to higher weights rather than repetitions.

I am fit but I STILL have man boobs!

Now we get to the more problematic causes. What might be the case if you have tried everything to no avail is that you have a condition known as Gynecomastia. This condition is often caused by a hormone imbalance in your body such as an excess of estrogen or a lack of testosterone. While losing weight will help somewhat the condition will still leave a mans chest looking more like breasts. This condition can be cured by medication to adjust hormone levels and many people have reported success with home remedies and dietary changes as well. If these do not work you can take more extreme measures with surgery which can liposuction the fat out but leaves you in pain and having to wear a compression vest for a period of time.

I find most cases of man boobs can be solved with the right applied exercise and diet strategies. However even someone who loses most of their man boobs but still retains a small layer of fat can benefit from looking at his hormone levels.
